Resilience is recognised as a dynamic process between risk and protective factors and the psychological capacity to bounce back from adversity and maintain normal function in adverse conditions. The program focuses on enhancing individual resilience levels and protective factors both cognitive and emotional, by focusing individual attention on change agility, emotional, physical mental, purpose in life and recovery.
The design of our programs for individuals, teams and leaders enhances the overall ability of attendees to perform at a higher level at work and enjoy a rewarding home life too.
Participants are required to complete a pre-course survey, formulate and prioritize solutions and act on completion of the program.
We have four resilience program offerings, personal, team and leading for resilience, we also offer train the trainer programs to enable facilitators to deliver the program within their own organisations.
