Fran Costello is an experienced organisational development consultant with vast experience in the people aspects of change management, she works with a range of clients both large global organisations and smaller SME’s. She has worked in the field for over seventeen years and has a track record of changing the mindset, energy and confidence levels of leaders achieving an overall growth impact on the performance of businesses.
Fran specialises in leadership development, coaching and change management and brings her background in personal and business psychology to each organisation in her unique style. She also works on a one to one basis as a psychotherapist and coach with people from all walks of life.
Fran has a BA in Social Studies, a PGdip in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology and holds principal practitioner status with the Association of Business Psychology. She is an accredited coach, a DISC practitioner and action learning facilitator.
Fran’s client experience includes GSK, Burtons Foods, the NHS, Daisy Plc, the Lake District National Park and a number of other smaller regional businesses.
When Fran isn’t working, she enjoys singing with one voice an award-winning gospel choir and uses this as a tool to bring leadership teams together.
Sue is a highly skilled leadership development facilitator, organisational change consultant and executive coach with a proven track record of working in a commercial environment, the public sector and academia. Working in the field of leadership and people development since 1995, using an engaging facilitative style, Sue utilises a variety of development tools to enable behavioural and attitudinal change at all levels within organisations. This enhances personal effectiveness and has a direct impact on potential and performance.
Sue specialises in leadership development and executive level team development interventions. She works with a range of both private and public sector clients at various levels within organisations and often works with board level teams with a focus on developing high performance team behaviours that support improving organisational performance. Her facilitative style creates space for teams to explore the issues that are important to them, with a solutions focus to ensure pragmatic actions are agreed.
Sue currently works with a range of clients including GSK, Halton Borough Council, Centre For Leadership Performance, NHS and Lancashire and Cumbria Constabulary. She also tutors on the Lancaster University Management School MBA programme as the module convener for collaborative conduct.
Sue has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University Management School with her dissertation focused on creating inspiring learning environments. She is an accredited coach, an MBTI practitioner, Firo B practitioner, TA 101 counsellor, an NLP master practitioner and a level 7 Action Learning Facilitator.
Beyond work Sue is passionate about the outdoors, heading to the hills with her border collie dog, bakes and eats cake and works as a volunteer at Leighton Moss RSPB nature reserve.
John is an experienced senior business leader with an MBA in change management from Cranfield Business School and is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University. He is an MBTi and DISC® practitioner and executive coach.
John brings many years of ‘hands on’ change management experience, having worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 34 years in which time he has been an Engineering Manager, Factory Director, Internal Consultant and Lean Sigma Master Black Belt.
With the experience to bring a balanced approach to change, John is able to identify and address process improvements while at the same time his engaging and coaching style means he brings people with him on the change journey. Equally at home in the board room as on the shop floor, John’s specialist skills are in the areas of strategy, engineering systems, process improvement , training and leadership.
When away from work he enjoys walking, table tennis, cycling and playing bridge.
